  • 2 tablespoons smoothie mix 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Directions:

  • In a bowl combine oats, milk, smoothie mix and honey. 
  • Put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes and serve. Alternatively, put contents in a small pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes turning constantly.
